The fee was charged without my knowledge, I had only downloaded the application.Annual payment fee has been charged. I have never used the application. I want my refund urgently.

Probably not going to happen. Free trials have limitations and you must cancel them a minimum of 24 hours before they turn into an annual subscription at the end of the free trial. Your usage of the app is irrelevant and has not bearing on the charge. You failed to cancel the subscription and meet the terms of the legal contract you agreed to when you started the free trial.
You can request a refund from Apple by following the instructions in the Apple Support article I linked below. Please understand that Apple is most likely to deny your request for a refund.

Is this what happened?
You clicked a link for an app on a Social Media page or website advertisement that took you to a website that offered a free trial for an app. The ones that we see most often are for horoscope apps and cleaner apps. The horoscope app (Nebula) has a quiz that you take and it also begins a free trial for the app. Choosing a free trial directly with a developer on their website bypasses Apple's ability to manage the subscription. The fact that you downloaded the app is unrelated as you have already started your free trial/subscription, and your payment method will be billed directly without involving Apple at all. To request a refund and cancel the subscription, you will need to contact the developer using that same website.
