Apple Music on pc wont work

So I downloaded the app off of Microsoft store for my pc and signed in and all my music synced up ok. I went to play a song and it popped up at the top for a split second and went away then went on to play a song I don’t even have in my library. I tried my playlists as well and it skips every song in it but will play something not in my library. My songs aren’t grayed out like I’ve seen on other posts and I just don’t know what to try anymore. Also I tried to download the songs and it just says “Stopped (err = 5113)
