New Passwords app

I would like to start using the new Passwords app under Sequoia/IOS18 to manage my passwords. However, it is unclear how I would access my passwords if I did not have access to an Apple device. For example, I'm travelling and lose my phone and all I have access to is a generic Windows computer in the hotel business centre. How do I get access to the stored passwords?
