Moving Backup Folder for WindowsApps iTunes

If you've upgraded to using the iTunes WindowsApp (Microsoft Store) and you want/need to move the backup folder to another drive to store your iPhone backups, the folder location has slightly changed. It's now located in C:\users\<username>\Apple\MobileSync\Backup. Follow the other instructions found on the internet, to rename the backup folder and create a symbolic link called Backup to point to a folder on a new drive. I had difficulty finding the proper folder since using the WindowsApp version.
