Error 0xE800000A preventing em from using my iPhone 15 on iTunes And apple Music

I got a brand new iPhone 15. I tried to connect it to my Win10 PC to load songs through iTunes onto my phone. I allow it, TRUST it, etc. Then it says "iTunes could not connect to this iPhone. An unknown error occurred 0xE800000A" I tried uninstalling and reinstalling iTunes. Reinstalling Apple Mobile MSI files. I even tried using Apple Music. My computer will not recognize my iPhone. Even diagnosis of iTunes says there's no iPhone connected. No helper support.

I tried different cables, different ports, same error. I cannot access my iPhone through iTunes/Apple Music. Same exact problem on my laptop. It seems iPhone 15 is incompatible with iTunes/Apple Music.

iPhone 15, iOS 18

I am an amateur ... smarter folks will hopefully jump in,

but the first thing I would do is inspect my list of

installed programs and see if any/all of the following are installed:

1.         Apple Music

2.          Apple TV

3.        Apple Devices for Windows

If they are installed, uninstall them, reboot, and try again.

I still no go, uninstall & reinstall iTunes

The programs above and iTunes do not play well together  :-(
