Green screen issue with iPhone 13 post iOS 18.1 update

My iphone 13 is having a green screen issue after updating to Ios 18.I went to service centre without checking or digoniosing the phone they told me the display has to replced and the cost is 26,000.There is no physical or liquid damage in my phone.This is so disappointing from Apple.
