Plugins menu and icons are not visible in fcp x title and generator window. Sometimes they are visible and sometimes they are not.
This is different from the problem of applying localization to file properties.
Nothing is visible in the title and generator windows, but when you drag the mouse, the plugin is selected, but it is not visible to the eye.
It seems that the application is weirdly misbehaving. As always, when this is the case, one thing to try early on is to delete the application's preferences. They can become corrupted and cause all sorts of weirdness.
To delete preferences, hold down command and option while starting the application and click Delete Custom Settings. The application will start with default settings and open an "Untitled" library. Adjust the settings, reopen the library you were working, and see how it works now.
