Forward mail to finder folder on a MAC

Highlight the text you want to copy in the email. (Drag the cursor over the text) Once highlighted, right click on it it and use the copy command. Once it's on the clipboard you can paste it into Pages. Once you have it pasted into Pages save it using the File-->Save, or use the Option key and use "Save As".
