Unable to download last backup

I am new to Apple world, Yesterday / are a day before I have created a Icloud back on my iPhone 16 pro, And tomorrow I copied the pictures and videos to my local pc, Then today I did complete reset to perform whatsapp migration from android to apple and seems my pictures are lost (some of them), I belive I still have those picture in the backup which I have created as mentioned in beginning.

Attach is the picture of my icloud , i do see that 3.7 gb of backup files exist but I dont know how to download and have a look at it it. Can someone guide me please.
