iPhone 15 stuttering animations ios 18.1

Hello, I have a problem with my recently purchased iPhone 15. I noticed that when I scroll through the application, there are screen jams, and this also happens not only in applications but also on the home screen when turning the page. I also tried to restore the system to the factory state, but this did not help solve my problem. this is very irritating because such things should not occur in such a phone. There is also no way that there is a defect in this phone because, as I have already mentioned, it is a new phone. Could this be caused by this version of the system?
