I have been through the prompts multiple times to set hey siri up, restarted my phone, turned in Siri notifications. Advice?

80% is not healthy and is almost certainly the reason for the Siri problem. Apple recommends having the battery replaced at around 80% – so have the weak, aging battery replaced and all will be well:

I ended up calling Verizon. We did all of the same things suggested . It actually worked this time. Thank you all!
