Bose SoundSport Connection

My Bose SoundSport earbuds connect to my iPhone 14 just fine, except when I am on an airplane and trying to listen to music. No matter what I have tried with blutooth settings and SoundSport settings, no connection. The sound just comes from the phone, not the earbuds. Is the airplane blocking the connection? Any solutions?
