I want to use my app store id (not Icloud ID) in my daughters phone without affecting our phone. Is that possible?
I want to keep my and her apple ID or (Icloud ID) the same but just want to use my app store account in her phone. Is that possible?

You can put your account in Media and Purchases in Settings, but realize she then has unfettered access to using your account for purchases. Do you trust her that much? If not, look into using Family Sharing instead, with Ask to Buy activated if she is young enough.
