I usually update my ipad through my computer because I never have enough storage to update, but my ipad does not show up in the updated itunes 12.13.4.4 when I plug my ipad into my computer now. Has anyone else run into this issue. I have tried multiple cords, so it is not the cord. My ipad charges through my computer, but will not show up in itunes.

I had the same problem with my iPad and iPhone 15 Pro Max. I was using the last version of itunes (12.9 I think) and it would sometimes connect and then lose the connection. I started looking online for help and figured maybe if I switched to apple music app it would work. It did, but it didn't. I saw a video on what I need to do to sync it. And it connected and synced some some of my music. But for some reason it wont sync all of my music. and with the Sync library feature its duplicated playlists, and then deleted playlists. Its been horrible. I'm about ready to delete everything and rebuild my library and hope it turns out better!
