Siri not replying back to good morning /good night

Wife and I have both the iPhone 16 Pro Max. Both are updated and current. We both also have the iPad Air tablets. The curious part that we are having issues with is not a major issue but weird. I am able to interact with Siri with the good morning and good night, getting the appropriate responses on both devices. My wife however only gets the response with the tablet. Her phone simply thinks about it and then states there's an error and to try again later. This was before the new update and still after the update. We are both in the Apple Intelligence & Siri thing. The issue was there before and after that as well. We have double checked all our settings to make sure they are the same. We've even done the reset for the voice, with the same results. Siri tends to work with her commands for other apps like turning lights on and off but we've noticed inconsistencies with the reliability when she does commands versus when I do them on my phone. We do not have any additional shortcuts that use the good morning or good night. Any suggestions on what else to check?


Like I said, it's not a major issue but we are curious as to why it's happening and if its fixable.
