Media & Purchases account has been disabled

I'm banned from Apple ID and can't buy anything

Hello mallo64,


Judging by the title and description I'm assuming that you are receiving the message "Your Media & Purchases account has been disabled". If so, apple provides a way to reactivate your Apple Account at this Apple support page: If your Apple Account is locked, not active, or disabled - Apple Support. You will find a link at the bottom of the page that says "request reactivation". Click on it and follow the prompts. This Apple support page also provides other fixes for when you can't use your Apple Account.
