There are 2 distinct feature:

1. Screen Lock Passcode (Device Specific): If you’re referring to the screen lock passcode, you can change it on each device independently. Go to Settings > Face ID & Passcode (or Touch ID & Passcode) on the iPhone where you want a new passcode, and set a new one. This won’t affect the other iPhone.

2. Apple ID Password (Not Device Specific): If you’re referring to your Apple ID password, keep in mind that changing it will apply across all devices linked to your account, meaning both iPhones would need the new password to access Apple services. However, if you want each iPhone to have a different Apple ID and password, you can sign out of your current Apple ID on one of the iPhones and create or sign in with a different Apple ID. This way, the two iPhones can have separate Apple IDs and passwords.
