How to view login history

I just had Apple tell me that my account was locked. I have no idea why. I assume that somewhere a login kept failing and they decided to lock my account. Being an IT guy I really want to know the cause of being locked out. I need to know my login history and the reason/place/cause of the resetting of my password.

I need to know not just because it concerns me, it also concerns my employer. If I get hacked then my employer may be next, not knowing why this happened, even if Apple just timed out my password, causes me to become very anxious and upset as to why.

Most importantly, now I have to assume that I have been hacked and will need to go through all my other accounts, including my work ones and change passwords and spend countless hours redoing everything.
