Call recording storage and initiation issue in iPhone (iOS 18)

Had read at least a month ago that IOS 18 will allow phone calls to be recorded.

I could not find any info on apple’s support or on the community.

I look at settings under Apps then under Phone.

I see an option for call recordings, and its says “on”

Where are recordings stored? What further actions if any to initiate recordings?
