I have been using an iPhone 5S for a while and I discovered that games like Fruit ninja and Minecraft crash
they also seem like they are updated too far to be played on an iPhone 5S

Minecraft requires iOS 13 to run which your phone does not support.
You iPhone 5S is extremely outdated and can't run anything higher than iOS 12.5.7. Yes, many games require a newer operating system, it's time to start thing of buying a newer phone.
