Hey I’m here because I wanted a refund but I don’t know how long I have until the refund time is up I wanted to refund something from 2022-2024 as I no longer have access to the game account and would like my money back

If a developer has stopped supporting a service, particularly after you have made use of it for several years, it is unlikely you will get a refund. It would be like me taking my 43 year old car back to the dealership because Toyota no longer makes parts for it, and my asking for a refund. Likewise, try getting a refund for the Wordstar software package.
