when will RCS be supported with IOS 18.1 and Service provider Total Wireless

I have total wireless witch runs off Verizon towers , but don’t support RCS on its service, but yet the carrier visible , who also runs off Verizon towers, supports RCS for iOS

Why RCS is not available in india ? Any idea why RCS is not available in Indian iPhones, please don’t say that it is carrier fault, most of the carriers in India are already enabled RCS and which is being utilised by the most of the android phones in India. Please tell me when it will be available for Airtel/Jio Carriers in india ?
