How to replace lost/stolen Apple Watch

Hello,

My watch came up missing awhile back. Gotten no hits in “Find My,” and I’ve had it in pending lost mode since June. I’m starting to suspect that it might’ve been stolen. Nevertheless, I would love to replace it somehow. I miss my watch very much.
