I am intrested in Apple Intelligence, but I don't have money to get an expensive Apple product. I want to know if Apple is going to make it alvailible for iPhone 13, because I'm currently using that.

They have given no indication that support will be available for older devices. The lack of RAM, GPU cores, and processor speed may make for a poor user experience when attempting to run software that requires much more resources than what is available on those devices. I would expect this site to be filled with complaints such as:
They won't; older units don't have enough RAM or CPU power for it.
