I finally have Apple Intelligence, the only question I have is how long does it take to get me to accept the request on Playground?

The latest beta on iPhone is iOS 18.2 iOS 18.2 (22C5109p) released almost 2 weeks ago. Try to install the next beta update to iOS 18.2 as soon as it’s released and once installed make sure you’ve requested access immediately.
The current slots are filled and no more will be granted access until the next beta update.

Yes, Jeff Donald is right and you can go the Beta route if you can't wait until it is released officially. Just keep in mind Beta software can be riddled with issues as the entire point of beta testing to uncover issues. Apps you use may not work with 18.2 until app developers update those apps before public release. And if you have any issues caused by being a beta tester, you cannot come to this forum for any support. You'll be provided a feedback link as a beta tester to provide Apple feedback about issues. It is NOT recommended to install beta software on your primary device, unless you can afford to have things not work optimally.
Last question, I made a request today at the time of the new beta. Will I have the possibility to use it?
