I Brought a Apple Watch S10 in NE USA .
I don't know there is no Blood Oxygen function. Then I found the function is not for USA.
After I came back to Ontario Canada, It still doesn't work.
any body has similar issue?
How could I Use the Apple Watch S10 (Brought in USA)in Canada with Blood Oxygen function?

The feature will not work on any watch sold in the US. The model number of the watch identifies it as US model and can't use the Blood Oxygen feature. It makes no difference if you change the region of the device, if that was the case then everyone would do it to avoid the restriction.
Are you within the 14 day return window?
I bought it from a Costco in USA in Sept 2024, I was told It has a 90 days return policy. but I don't know if I can return at Costco Canada.
If not, I have to drive up to NY state.
I doubt you can return it to a Costco in a different country. But Costco does offer extended returns, which is a great benefit for members.
