iCloud payment with family share

I am part of family share plan but not the organizer. I am receiving messages to update payment for iCloud. The credit card that had been using before the family plan is not visible but another card is displayed and neither I or the organizer recognizes it. Three Apple support members can’t figure out the issue. And I am no longer being backed up on iCloud🤷‍♀️
