Siri won't update after my iOS 18.1 update

When I updated my iPad, I got a notification that Siri update was downloading. I updated to iOS18.1 and when I went to go check if Apple intelligence was downloaded, it was not downloaded. How to fix this???

Sorry, but an iPad10 fundamentally does not support Apple Intelligence...

For iPad, in addition to other hardware requirements (such as having an M-series or A17 Pro CPU), the device requires at least 8GB RAM. Your iPad10, if this is the model that you have, has only 4GB RAM - and is therefore fundamentally incapable of supporting Apple Intelligence.
