Why does Apple lie about battery warranty?
I had my iPhone for over a year now going on two years and my battery percentage for the battery life was at 82%. I took it to the store so I can get a replacement under the warranty. They hook it up to the computer and when they give it back to me, they say oh no, it’s not bad. It’s at 91%. They put a program on it to hide the true battery life I went from 82% to 91% and they refuse to exchange my battery under the warranty And there’s no way this battery was at 91% because I I’ve had it for a very long time, sometimes I leave it plugged in overnight on a fast charger. I’ve seen the quality of this battery life going down. I’ve seen it get very low and the battery itself only lasts about a couple hours so I know they’re like I would like to know what to do.
