I have subscribed to the webSite JobLeads for a trial by 3$. At the end of the 14-day trial period, THEY DO NOT LET YOU KNOW THAT YOUR TRIAL IS ENDING AND YOU WILL BE CHARGED FOR THE FULL PRICE. Which made me absolutely angry. I felt scammed. I looked through my mailboxes and NOWHERE among the ******** of junk mail they sent me was a warning that my trial was ending.
You need to be a more cautious consumer and be more proactive about things. This isn't just JobLeads. No service with a subscription sends you emails about free trials ending. You need to read the terms and conditions when you agree to a service and then make a note on your calendar about canceling if you think you will no longer want it. This is the era of fine print which is no fun to read but you're going to have to start doing it.
Have you tried simply canceling the subscription, and optionally asking for a refund? Refunds are not guaranteed and you may just have to accept that as as the price of a learning experience. Confirm you have canceled any subscription automatic renewal (if you simply delete an app this does not cancel subscriptions):

Notes:
• "If you signed up for a free or discounted trial subscription and you don't want to renew it, cancel it at least 24 hours before the trial ends."
• Deleting an app does not cancel a subscription.
• An existing subscription will normally continue until the end of its term and may then renew automatically. Stopping automatic renewal is effectively canceling it. "If you don’t see Cancel Subscription, then the subscription is already canceled and won't renew." The "Expires" date means the current subscription will just run until then. The advice to cancel your card is poor and a clumsy approach. You may be opening the door to having to do a lot of other work in updating your payments for other services. You should try the more targeted solution about this particular subscription. If absolutely necessary you can stop future payments by canceling the card but that is the hammer approach to this issue and Apple may lock your account if it prevents payment for other things. You'll then have that issue to deal with, so I'd avoid it by trying other measures first.
