Sounds like a scam.
One intended to get you to purchase some worthless "security" application – or worse, to give information that can be used for financial and identity fraud directly to the scammers.
Random text messages from unknown senders making questionable claims?
Yeah. Right.
Block, and move on.
That domain was registered just yesterday too, so definitely very sketchy.
