Why is my Amazon app downloading the Chinese version even after changing Apple ID region?

I used to have Apple ID in China zone and download Amazon app many years ago and deleted it. So it was Chinese version Amazon.

Then I moved to Canada and switched Apply ID to Canada. Now I can never download Canada version because it always downloads that Chinese version even in Canada. How should I solve this problem?
