Up Next stopped tracking my shows correctly.

Up Next stopped tracking my shows correctly. TV shows I watch regularly have the link in the Up Next but it doesn't update after I watch more episodes. It doesn't seem to keep track anymore. Before I could start watching any show in my library and Up Next would track it and keep up with the next episode. 

I saw a discussion from February that suggested removing a show from Up Next, then watch a bit from the latest episode. This may solve the problem but only temporarily. Sometimes I’ll watch several episodes and then have to manually mark each as watched in order for the Up Next to be current.
