MacBook Air M1 13″ giving electric shocks while connected to HDMI

Recently I got my MacBook M1, but I am so disappointed being electrically shocked. At first I thought it was due to ungrounded power, but then I realised it only happens when my Samsung samsung monitor essential s4 display is plugged in. It's going into the HDMI port using the amazon USB-C HDMI adapter. Any ideas?
