I have an old computer with downloaded music on it. The computer was running Window Vista (dont laugh).
I would like to add that music to my itunes on my iphone 13. Any ideas? Thanks

See Move your iTunes library to a new computer - Apple Community. Move the library to a computer running Windows 10, install iTunes on that, use it to add content to your device. AFAIK there is no version of iTunes that will run on Vista that will be able to communicate with your iPhone 13.
