On my AppleTV device, running TVos 18, I can no longer add an iTunes episode to "Up Next", nor can I mark it to "Watched". I'm not sure exactly when this occurred, but a few months ago I could browse to an iTunes TV episode that I owned, long press the remote and a menu would come up with options such as "Add to Up Next", "Mark as Watched", etc.
Anyone else with this problem and found a solution?

Not quite the same. For me the Up Next is entirely confused. It doesn’t recognize installed apps, nor does it recognize when I’ve watched an episode. I must force an Already Watched after watching an episode in some cases even having to selecting the correct app in the list of “Get Apps” the TV very courteously provided.
Why me?
I’ve rebooted, revisited apps, force killed all the apps in memory, all to no avail.
I really don’t want to Reset the device.
