I am thinking of getting the Apple Watch Ultra 2, other than the black color and watch bands, what is the difference between Apple Watch Ultra 2 (2023) and the Apple Watch Ultra 2 (2024 version)?

Why would Apple change the name of rugged titanium to natural titanium and change the Model number if there are absolutely no differences? This has to be an expensive decision for identical products.
Are there any subtle differences between the rugged and natural or any internal differences that might make a difference in the future?
The color of the Titanium is the only difference besides the watch bands:
