How can I get the perfect podcast picture

I keep trying to send in photos and it keeps saying you need to fix this to 3000x3000, like what does that mean? Also it sometimes says need to remove EOI marker

Your image must confirm to the following parameters: Dimensions minimum 1400 x 1400 px, maximum 3000 x 3000 px (preferred); RGB; JPG or PNG; no alpha channel, and file size less than 500kB.

The EOI marker means the end of the data which makes up the JPG image; there should be nothing after it. This is not a problem which should arise if you are making your JPG images in the usual way.
