Stop Activation Code WITHOUT removing trusted device

Hello all,

I have a funky setup with a windows pc, 2012 mbp running 10.15.7, and a couple old iphones working as peripherals/controllers for various things. i also typically will have my daily driver iphone on me or my desk.

The question comes from logging into icloud on the windows pc and having four devices all ping at once. Since all of the devices are logged into my icloud account they all can act as recipients for activation codes and so every time i generate one, it pops up in four places and chimes four separate times.

Is there a way to disable receiving activation codes without removing the device from the trusted devices list? Or is the only work around to create a secondary apple id as like a child account for those devices?
