Macbook pro 2016 freezing

Hello, I am writing from another language. I am currently experiencing the following problem: the MacBook can simply freeze at any time, but the ventilation and display are working, the backlight is on, but the vibration feedback does not work and the only solution is to reboot by holding down the power button. Has anyone encountered a similar problem or knows how to solve it?
