Unable to load Photos on iPhone I have an iPhone11. It has the most current IOS update. There are several photos in my phone that have an exclamation point in the lower right hand corner. The error messages says, "Unable to Load Photo. An error occurred while loading a higher quality version of this photo." I have tried every suggestion on the discussion boards such as choosing "download and keep originals" instead of "optimize iPhone storage," erasing other photos and videos, etc. Nothing seems to work.
