Refund in app subscription

Hi,

i’ve tried two trial subscription. One for Apple One and One for another app.

For this two apps I finally never used functionality but I forgot to cancel them.

I follow the process to ask a refund the day after the billing but they said to me : “ineligible for refund”. I would know why they said that and what can I do because I won’t these functionality I never used it.
