Inability to access iCloud Account

I’m currently on Family Sharing, so I have no way to access my account under my name. Although, I want to try to see if I can cancel iCloud syncing for Photos. But I can do is delete the photos I don’t necessarily need. I don’t like doing that because I will be adding more anyway. So please if anyone could help me, I highly appreciate it! 🙏
