How To Completely Remove Messenger App?

Hi. Good day. I'd like to ask for help on how to completely remove Messenger App? I tried deleting it and offload it, reinstalled - however, my issue still persist, my issue is that I want a clean app but whenever I try to reinstall it using App Store, the account is still there - I want to remove the old Messenger accounts, removing it manually using App don't work, I tried to uninstall, delete, offload - still don't work. Now, I'd like to ask if there's a way to completely - completely remove it and install it new without any saved data? I also tried to check iCloud data but there is nothing for Messenger. Any suggestions? TY!
