Apple Music Album purchase issue

I was purchasing an album on apple music but I think I closed the app before it was finished. When I went back to check, I was charged for my purchase and the album was still locked behind a payment. I check my downloaded, purchase history, and checked the refund page. None of them had the album and I still have not recieve the album 30 minutes after I was charged.
