why i cant use esim in my 13 pro
I cant see the (add sim ) in my settings

Two possibilities:
1) Your carrier does not offer eSIM connection options
2) The particular version of your iPhone 13 is dual SIM.....with no eSIM option.
Check the Model Number of your phone........Settings > General > About > Model Number
Tap on the Model Number and another 5 character number will appear.....example Axxxx
What is the actual Axxxx number that you see?
