Trying to buy something on iTunes or the App Store, but it keeps charging me and says my info is invalid.

I am currently having a issue where when i try to purchase something from iTunes or the App Store, it charges me a specific amount either 1-3 times, then will say my payment info is invalid. It does this every time, and doesn't allow me to bypass it. Is there a way to fix this? Also, I did cancel a subscription and it does say its still active, could this be the cause?

Once canceled, subscriptions stay active until they fully expire.

Are you sure it is repeatedly charging you, or is it just saying you owe money? If there is a problem with your payment method it will keep on trying to charge it until it finds one that works. Read this document about how to view your current payment types and add Apple ID payment methods on an Apple mobile device, a Mac, or a PC --> Add a payment method to your Apple Account - Apple Support

If an item appears in red then it is no longer working and you either need to replace it or get it working again. Apple may require the presence of a valid payment method such as a card, even if an app is free. You won't be charged but the card has to be there and in working order.
