Is my iPhone really fast charging?

I have an iPhone 13 Pro, and I recently got a 3 pack of 25w bricks and USB-C to Lightning cables from Amazon because the 13 Pro is capable of up to 27w iirc. Before I was charging at 12w, which was fine. However, I feel like my phone isn't fast charging now with the new 25w bricks.. There's a delay when plugging it in, which indicates it is, however I timed my charging. I started at 30%, and is now at 85% as of writing this, and it's been about an hour flat. 1 hour to charge 55%? That seems slow. I looked it up and at 25w it should take only 30 minutes to charge 50%...so I'm super lost. Any help would be appreciated
