All my notes disappeared except for my work Exchange email

All my notes disappeared except for my work Exchange email. They are in my icloud notes as I can see them but I can't get them to load back on my phone. They were there because I just added something to the notes page and when I went back into my phone they all disappeared. Nothing online works to get them back as they were not deleted, they all just disappeared. They are in my iCloud notes. Everything I need is there but I need to be able to access those on my phone. Can I get some help here?
