Phone doesn't show up in iTunes or Apple Devices app on PC. Have ios 18.1, used USBc to USB cable; no luck. Also says I don't have enough storage even though phone says there is 2.6 GB available. Very annoying. I've tried everything I can think of.

2.6GB is extremely low depending on what you're trying to do? For an iPhone to operate well, it should have at least 10GB of free space for normal operation.
